The Seme Command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), says it collected $739K as duty on consignment imported into the country from Benin Republic between January and February 2024.
The Customs Area Controller, Seme Area Command, Timi Bomodi, while giving a breakdown of the command’s revenue profile for the two months said in January alone, the command collected the sum of $410K as revenue from import while in February the command realised the sum of $331K.
