University College Dublin (UCD) is seeking a motivated Recruitment and Admissions Officer to join its Global Centre team for the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan, working remotely from Lagos, Nigeria. Reporting to the UCD Director based in Dubai, the successful candidate will support the recruitment and admissions of full-degree students from Africa to UCD.

The role involves managing the entire student journey—from handling enquiries and assessing applications to guiding students through conversion and pre-departure stages. The officer will actively engage with students, parents, sponsors, counsellors, and agents, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience throughout the admission process.

In addition to recruitment duties, the position will occasionally support broader university initiatives such as alumni engagement, embassy visits, and international missions. The role requires strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills, as well as a deep commitment to excellent customer service and cultural sensitivity.

This is a remote position based in Lagos with occasional travel across Africa. The appointment is for two years, subject to performance review.
