We’re looking for a smart, organized and proactive assistant to support our international trade missions, business events and global partnerships. In this role, you’ll help plan and coordinate major trade events, manage logistics for delegates, work closely with international partners, and support teams across the company to ensure smooth execution.
You’ll prepare key documents, handle communication with stakeholders, assist on-site during events, and keep our databases updated. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy working with diverse teams, and have strong communication and organizational skills, this role is a great fit.
We’re seeking someone with a relevant degree, solid experience in events or international business, excellent coordination skills, cultural awareness, and the flexibility to travel or work outside regular hours when needed.
