Oxford Brookes University is seeking a results-oriented West Africa Representative to strengthen its student recruitment presence across West Africa. The successful candidate will be based in Lagos, Nigeria, and will play a key role in driving enrolments, building partnerships, and representing Oxford Brookes at regional and international events.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the International Recruitment Manager will manage the full recruitment cycle, generating leads, supporting applications, conversion and pre-departure engagement. The role requires close collaboration with agents, counsellors, schools, and sponsors to deliver a seamless student experience and meet the university’s enrolment objectives.

In addition to recruitment, the position will support brand visibility across the region through outreach campaigns, digital engagement, and institutional partnerships. The manager will also contribute market intelligence, competitor insights, and data-driven reports to guide regional strategy.

This position is based in Lagos, with occasional travel across Africa and to the UK. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international student recruitment or higher education marketing, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting targets.
