AfaraEd and Commercium Africa, in partnership with Queen Margaret University (QMU) in Scotland, is seeking a skilled Regional Representative – West Africa to lead student recruitment and engagement across Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, the successful candidate will represent QMU regionally, build lasting relationships with education partners, and help students take the next step toward studying abroad.

The role involves managing the entire student journey—from enquiry and counselling through to enrolment—while ensuring that both AfaraEd and QMU’s recruitment targets are met. The officer will work closely with agents and partner institutions, coordinate events, deliver training sessions, and provide regular reports using CRM systems to track progress and outcomes.

Beyond recruitment, the position will support the growth of AfaraEd’s network by identifying partnership opportunities, organising in-bound university visits, and sharing market insights. The role calls for excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills, along with a strong understanding of the international student recruitment process.
