As part of complementing the federal government’s efforts in attracting Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs), the Managing Director of the Global Shea Alliance (GSA), Aaron Adu, has disclosed that the alliance facilitated a cumulative investment of $22.7 million in the Shea value chain over the last few years.
He made the disclosure yesterday at the 2024 Annual Shea Conference organized by the Global Shea Alliance with the theme, ‘Bridging the Gap’.
Adu, who was represented by the Business Development Manager and Project lead, Cornelius Kakrabah, further stated that under the GSA’s Sustainability Programme, 116,622 women are involved in the value chain.
